ver since I was very young, I've had to put up with a bloated stomach and plenty of gas. I

wasn't fat. And I didn't really eat all that much, either. It hardly seemed fair.

Let's get this clear... by "bloating" I don't mean the type you get after Thanksgiving

dinner. No way! I'm talking about the type of bloated stomach that stays with you even when

you're not eating. And when you do eat even the most harmless foods it gets worse.

Maybe you know what I mean by GAS? Really bad gas...

By gas, I don't just mean the normal stuff. That's fine (I even hear it's healthy). I'm

referring to "stink bombs" that smell absolutely disgusting.

As if bloating and gas weren't bad enough, I'd feel utterly "blah" all the time. The more

gas and bloating, the more "blah" and lousy I felt.

I didn't feel attractive or feminine. Maybe guys are okay with bloating and gas (some even

proud), but as a woman, I find it pretty darn embarrassing.

Today, I've almost completely eliminated these problems using the strategies gathered by Dr.

Karlo Mauro, N.D.. He's a Naturopathic Doctor. I'll introduce you to him in a minute. He's

offering a free email series that could change your life.

My stomach literally shrunk

After following Dr. Mauro's advice, one of my favourite pants became so loose I had to

scrunch it up with a belt to keep it around my hips. I don't think I've lost any body fat,

just a bloated colon.

I rarely have bad gas, now. My husband keeps on pointing out how much healthier and

attractive I'm looking.

What's more... I expect you'll get even more results. Why? Because I have a lot of

underlying health problems that have been trailing me since I was young. At 10 I developed

type-I diabetes. This led to kidney disease, heart problems, anemia, neuropathy, retinopathy

and gastroparesis (a paralysis of the stomach that slows down digestion).

So if this has helped me so much, I'm sure it can help you. And if you were like I was waaaay back then...

You probably have no idea what's most likely the #1 cause of your bloating, gas and overall weariness

Most conventional doctors don't know either. They are mainly interested in treating

symptoms.

But, I'm going to explain to you exactly what I discovered, originally from another

naturopath like Dr. Mauro, to be the REAL CAUSE of my bloating and gas, in just a minute.

Plus, Dr. Mauro has provided a quick self-test to determine if you are suffering from the

same problem I was.

You'll see exactly why this condition causes bloating and gas. It's pretty simple stuff.

When you see it laid out I think you'll agree it makes a lot of sense.

It's no fun when your clothes aren't fitting properly when you look in the mirror and

feel "fat" even if your arms and legs are super-thin. Sure, you might have a little extra

around the tummy, but as you're about to hear, the bulk of it is NOT fat.

I remember how unattractive I felt...

I wasn't married at the time and didn't feel like I was going to be able to attract a

partner.

I avoided most events that involved being around other people, because of the relentless gas

coming from my bowels. Usually I could feel it building up and I'd make an escape to the

lady's room or a corner for relief.

Sometimes I didn't even have that much control. What's one to do, but smile, chuckle and

hope they thought it was the person standing next to me.

Well, that was just too much stress.

Instead, I'd end up at home, in bed, with a hot water bottle. Can you relate? It's not just

because you're too embarrassed to go out, but, as many of Dr. Mauro's patients have told

him, "I only had enough energy to sleep."

What's going on here?

Why is gas and bloating causing you fatigue?

I heard "candida" could be causing the problem. So I stopped eating all the forbidden foods:

breads, yeast, sweets, vinegar. It hardly made any difference.

Some people said gas and bloating is caused by swallowing too much air. Seriously, this

wasn't "air" that was coming out of me. My goodness, it would sometimes smell like a

dumpster that had been baking in the sun for seven days.

Something else was going on here...

I tried different herbs and remedies that were supposed to help with gas and bloating:

Beano® (helped a little, I think) Chewing fennel seeds (probably made things worse) Mint tea (tasted good) Some of the more expensive treatments made a difference, like regular acupuncture and

massage, but I couldn't afford to keep up with all that. Plus, it didn't make sense to me

why I would need all that extra treatment for something as normal as going to the bathroom

every day.

"I would eat like a bird. The problem would get better. Until I got hungry like a lion..."

I became afraid to put anything in my mouth. I know so many women in the same situation. The

one thing you learn fast is that the less you eat, the less gas and bloating you'll

experience. If I skipped several meals in a row I could almost get back to feeling normal.

Except that kind of deprivation only works for so long. Eventually you get trapped in this

cycle of pecking like a bird and then gorging like a lion. And when I would switch to lion

mode I wasn't filling up on salad. You know what I mean? Low blood sugar levels drive you to

excessive sweets and carbs which can, in no time, bring back the bloating and gas.

It wasn't until I came upon my first Naturopathic Doctor, while living in Toronto, Ontario,

that I started to realize what was the underlying cause to my bloating and gas. My

Naturopath, at the time asked me how regular I was.

"Pretty good," I said.

"How good is that?" she asked. "Like once a day?"

"Goodness no!" I thought she was joking. I was going more like once a week. Sometimes once

every two weeks.

Now, having diabetes since I was 10, I've seen a lot of doctors. Most of them asked how

regular I was. They'd jot the number down in my file and that'd be the end of it. Sometimes

when I was really constipated, they'd give me a stool softener.

But this Naturopathic Doctor didn't stop there. She started focusing on getting my bowels

into a daily routine. She wanted me going at least once a day.

It's like common sense to me now, but at the time it was quite the revelation.

"Increasing Output Versus Decreasing Input"

I had become fixated with what was going into me, ignoring what wasn't coming out of me. I

was trying to decrease and limit what I ate, instead of increasing what I got rid of.

Here's how Dr. Mauro explained it to me:

"Think of your colon like a short hose. If you keep on packing food down that hose but have

the other end clogged up, what's going to happen?

"Two things: The tube is going to start bulging outward, because there is no exit point.

"Secondly, that food is going to start to rot. By rotting I mean it will ferment, fester and

stagnate becoming food for microscopic bacteria..."

Here was where it all started to make sense to me... "...when those bacteria feast on the leftovers inside your gut, they produce gas. Gas and

backed up waste cause bloating, cramps and transforms your gut into a trash bin."

Dr. Mauro continued, "Those same bacteria also produce waste products that damage the lining

of your colon and the nerves responsible for pumping food out."

Unfortunately, back in 1998, I wasn't able to continue the Naturopathic treatment I was

receiving in Toronto. I did become a little more regular, but it wasn't until I started

working with Dr. Mauro this year that...

I've gone from 1-3 bowels movements a WEEK, to 1-3 bowel movements a DAY

And let me tell you what a difference that'll make for you. It means your colon is going to

clean out whatever you put into it within 24 hours. Not 36 or 48.

Even if you've been irregular for your entire life, that's NOT okay. If you're eating every

day, you should be making at least one trip to the bathroom, three would be even better.

Please, take these three steps to get rid of your bloating, gas and that awful "blah" feeling that has been ruining your life...

Step One Take the Simple Self-Test Below: It will help you determine whether you're

suffering from constipation. If so, becoming regular should eliminate or significantly

reduce your bloating, gas and other symptoms.

Step Two Avoid the 7 Major Causes of Constipation: Next, take the free email series by

Dr. Mauro, 7 Common Causes of Constipation That Every Woman Should Know and Avoid.

Step Three Work up to 1-3 Bowel Movements a Day: Download a copy of Dr. Mauro's

collection of 27 Constipation Relief Strategies for Women. Read, apply and enjoy less time

in the washroom, more energy and looser pants.

Relying on laxatives, stool softeners, enemas(!) or other artificial ways to clean out your

colon is a dangerous route to go. I'll explain why after you sign up for the series. Let's

just say, it's always better if you can do it yourself.

Alright, here's the self-test to determine if you are suffering from constipation, and how

severe your case is...
